Reviews and Ratings
Staying in this 5-star rated hotel in the heart of the village was a mixed experience. The rooms, despite having a supposed view, were conveniently located next to the laundry operating long hours, making it a bit noisy. The service improved after the first visit, starting from not very welcoming to excellent and discreet. The location was excellent for exploring the area but felt a bit on the expensive side, even though being right in the middle of everything. Dining options were limited, but the hotel offered a welcome drink and homemade muffins, adding a nice touch to the experience.
My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The rooms were extremely pleasant, well-serviced, and immaculately clean, making us feel like the first guests. The service was outstanding, with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff assisting us in every way possible. The location was awesome, within walking distance of various shops and restaurants, and the on-site restaurant and wine bar added a modern touch to the establishment. However, the limited dining options for breakfast were a downside, but the facilities were top-notch.
I felt like the hotel was in the best location! It was so close to all the cafes and restaurants I could want, right in the heart of the village. The rooms were lovely, but I wish there was a bit more space to sit other than on the bed. The staff were top-notch! So polite and friendly but also discreet. However, the prices were a tad on the expensive side compared to other places.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with kitchen facilities and a stocked mini-bar, but unfortunately, they had no view and overlooked the roof of the property. The service was top-notch with extremely helpful and accommodating staff, although the proximity to a maintenance room was a bit of a drawback. The location was ideal, surrounded by great restaurant options, but the pricing was a tad on the expensive side compared to other hotels in the area. The dining experience offered traditional Italian dishes in a cozy bistro setting, and the facilities met expectations with everything I needed during my stay.
I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The rooms were lovely, with a terrace to sit outside on, and the amenities were spot on. I especially enjoyed the little sink to wash cups. Everything was immaculate, and the balcony was a great touch that added to the experience. The only downside was the early breakfast timing, but overall, it was a fantastic stay.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very spacious and clean with quality furnishings and china, making my stay extremely comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, although appeared a little distracted at times, they were efficient in their service. The location was brilliant, right in the village and within easy walking distance to the town center and all amenities. The dining experience was delicious with fresh croissants served. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a great stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were so nice, spacious, and exceptionally clean and modern. They had everything we needed, and being next to the laundry, open from 8:00 to 21:00, was very convenient. The service was top-notch, with the staff being nice, comfortable, and efficient. They were so accommodating, pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. The location was just perfect, with a wonderful carpark and quick issue resolution at reception. It was great to access local shops nearby, making my weekend a pleasurable experience. The hotel restaurant offered gourmet food and the building had excellent facilities. The hotel is a bit on the expensive side compared to others, but it's worth it for the great location and fantastic amenities.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spotless and extremely comfortable, with a balcony that offered a lovely view of the forecourt. Being located right in town made it convenient for exploration, especially with the evenings being so peaceful with the range slider door open.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were lovely with a balcony that looked out into the forecourt, and having a terrace to sit outside on was a real treat. The amenities were spot on, and I especially appreciated the little sink for washing cups. The TV was awesome, and the room itself was comfy, cozy, and decently sized. However, the pricing could have been a bit better.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel with its clean and spacious rooms that overlooked the forecourt, offering a serene environment perfect for relaxation. The proximity to restaurants and shopping made it very convenient. The service was exceptional, with the staff being professional and friendly. The location in Havelock North was ideal, close to wineries and with excellent dining options just a few steps away.
